Renee
Fabry is one of our Letha Yoga Workshop Group Leaders. She has been
a student of Bodywork in various formats for more than seven years,
having started after meeting Bill Anderson who worked on her daughter's
Fibromyalgia. "For many years I went with her for her treatments
and started to absorb some of the information and techniques."
Renee is an avid Tai Chi Chuan Practitioner, currently studying
for her instructorship in that system under Patricia Culotti. Renee
has an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from MATC, and is working
on her Bachelor's.
| "What
I like best about Sage Arts Unlimited is that even though
I am not a Martial Artist, I can practice Healing Arts with
people who are Martial Artists, Weightlifters, Power Lifters,
etc., and know that I am just as capable as they are in helping
people and improving myself." |
 Renee
has been a long time practitioner of Yoga and has also taken an
interest in Native American healing practices. She has rained in
Letha Yoga under Dr. Maung Gyi through regular seminars and our
weekly classes since March of 2002 and has become a role model for
those interested in taking their health and fitness level seriously.

"I
started to take control of my fitness about twenty years ago,
when I was a young adult, I was thrown from a horse and suffered
compression fractures in my Sacrum and Coccyx. Walking was
a chore for many years, but one day I had enough with being
incapacitated. I began with yoga, then aerobics, and have
tried to add something new to my workouts each year. Lately
I've come to appreciate the importance of weightlifting on
one's posture." |
