Students in the Phase Two Program are exposed to training methods in a number of formats that are designed to improve and isolate awareness, in particular, the sensitivity required to identify and adapt to elements of resistance. Students begin to learn the importance of timing, distance, footwork, economy of motion and tactic. Students will also begin to train the attributes necessary to perform at an Intermediate level.
