I was recently made an administrator for this blog, sharing in some of the responsibilities with this organization. I have to say, over the past two years, I've met many of WIPAPA's members, and they are a top notch class of artists. If you are into Plein Air painting, this is definitely an organization worth your while.

Here are a few places to get cheap art supplies. Several of these also send out email coupons and specials. ASW just did a $1 clearance sale on a bunch of stuff. I managed to get the Koi waterbrushes I had been looking at for $1 a piece.
If I'm looking for a particular thing, I'll always compare prices between these places to find the best deal.

Yes, you can find worthwhile professional quality art supplies on ebay for cheap. I bought a Julian French Traveling easel last year, and it was worth every penny. I think I saved $30 from list prices. Ebay is also a great place to find vintage equipment too.
