Overview
Our
Newest class time includes a 90 minute class that meets every Tuesday
and Friday morning. At the beginning of each class, students will
stretch out by going through a series of Dhanda Yoga forms, which
make for a vigorous warm-up. This typically takes 30-40 minutes
and will have lasting positive affects on the student's overall
flexibility.
The
rest of the class will be spent on Phase One material, including
Kali, Thai Boxing, Jun Fan Martial Arts, Savate and related skills
such as Doce Pares Escrima, Letha Yoga, and Vale Tudo.
Students
who work in the evenings or have a rotating schedule now have another
option for their training. This class begins on Tuesday, July 20,
2004 and will continue through September depending on student interest.
