Sell is a renown teacher and has more than ten years teaching experience,
working with athletes and clients of many ages and experience levels.

Weight Management
In
addition to weight lifting and other forms of resistance training,
nutritional guidelines and cardiovascular plans are developed which
fit the client's lifestyle, schedule, and motivation. Realistic
goal setting is a high priority and time constraints and expenses
are taken into consideration.
Recommendations
for nutritional guidelines and performance supplementation are made
available for those interested, and the Trainers can review for
the client information on the latest products on the market.
Performance Training
Many
times athletes and competitive Martial Artists find it useful before
events to supplement their regular training with private lessons.
This is a great way to enhance one's skills and focus one's training
for a particular event or time frame. Pre-Fight training consists
of strength training, pliometrics, sprinting drills, event-specific
skills training, and other forms of conditioning, in formats including:
Kickboxing, Boxing, Submission Wrestling, NHB fighting, Sport Tae
Kwon Do and Sport Karate point fighting.
Personalized Martial Arts Instruction
Another
great use for Private Sessions is for the sake of skills development.
There are many areas of training in our Phase One program where
training is best suited for a one on one basis. Wooden Dummy Training
and many of our Trapping drills and Weapons Training lend themselves
to this instructional format. Students tend to capitalize on this
opportunity prior to promotional testing.

Our
Fitness Evaluation begins at a one time fee of $50.00. During this
consultation, the client will be asked to fill out a form which
will give the trainers some background on exercise experience and
habits, dietary habits, health history, schedule availability and
goals for training. At this point the trainers will discuss options
for structuring a training program and help the client decide which
program will best suit their needs.
Individual
Training sessions are $35.00 each for non-students, and less for
enrolled students, the exact discount depends on the program in
which the student is enrolled. Private sessions can also be purchased
